Qualifications

• Six months of relevant experience in FedEx or supervisory roles.
• Certification program or college credits acceptable in lieu of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations and staff scheduling to ensure safe sortation.
• Hire, train, coach, evaluate, and discipline staff as needed.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
• Communicate updates and goals through daily meetings.
• Ensure compliance with FXG policies and safety programs.
• Resolve customer service issues and escalate when necessary.
