Job summary

The role involves supervising early-morning shifts (Fri–Mon, 2 AM–10 AM) and collaborating with departments to optimize operations, reduce costs, and improve service quality. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• In lieu of experience, certification program or Associate’s degree in related area or 2+ years of college towards a degree.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage hiring, terminations, coaching, training, performance evaluations, and staff productivity.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Assign and manage staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation and tracking of packages.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate updates and goals to staff.
