Responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating team members while ensuring compliance with FedEx policies and safety programs.

You will analyze performance, drive improvements, and lead daily meetings to communicate goals and updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Six (6) months experience in package handling or supervisory roles.
• Knowledge of safety and quality programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and staff.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff.
• Ensure safe and efficient sortation of packages.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements.
