Responsibilities

• Champion FedEx's Safety Above All Culture and initiatives.
• Hire, coach, and evaluate staff; manage performance and discipline.
• Plan and direct day-to-day operations and staffing.
• Assign staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages.
• Analyze performance and implement improvements to key metrics.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate updates and goals to teams.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee relations and safety program materials.
• Train new employees on job duties and FXG policies and safety procedures.
• Mentor and develop junior supervisors; adapt to changing needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
