Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Champions FedEx’s Safety Above All Culture and supports related initiatives.
• Directs and coordinates day-to-day operations of the facility; assigns Operations Supervisors to ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages.
• Plan and control work area strategy based on volume, headcount, and other factors; achieve quality, service, cost and productivity goals.
