Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6 months experience in package handling or supervisory roles.
• Certification program or Associate degree acceptable in lieu of experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation.
• Hire, coach, train, evaluate and manage staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with FXG policies and safety programs.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Lead daily team meetings and communicate updates.
• Mentor less-experienced supervisors.
• Address customer service issues and escalate when needed.
