Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years in logistics, distribution, or relevant environment.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Forklift training certification completed (required).

Responsibilities

• Conduct staff meetings to review daily and weekly work activities and plan workload.
• Inform management and clients about issues impacting service, safety, or cost.
• Lead larger, multi-shift operations within the facility.
• Provide coaching and guidance to Supervisors and lead team members.
• Partner with Operations Management to plan staffing and workload forecasting.
• Identify risks and improvement opportunities and develop action plans.
• Ensure SOPs, safety and quality standards are followed across teams.
• Drive productivity, service, safety, and KPI attainment.
• Support cost-control initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Escalate complex employee relations or operational issues as needed.
• Participate in workforce planning and talent development.
• Assist in implementing new processes or client requirements.
