Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 3 years' experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Preferred: Prior MHE certification / knowledge of basic MHE operation Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations
• Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program

Responsibilities

• Supervise, labor management, and planning of inbound/outbound activities daily.
• Hire and train staff; plan and assign daily work; conduct performance appraisals.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost objectives; comply with SOPs and client requirements.
• Develop systems and procedures for safe, profitable operations; meet KPI targets.
