Job summary

ShipMonk is seeking an Operations Supervisor for its Las Vegas fulfillment operations. This on-site role leads approximately 25–30 warehouse associates, runs shift huddles, and drives safety, quality, and productivity on the floor.

You'll work closely with Operations leaders and cross-functional teams to allocate labor, analyze performance data, and coach your team. ShipMonk promotes from within and values hands-on leadership from day one.

Qualifications

• Early-career candidates with interest in operations, supply chain, logistics, or people leadership.
• Exposure to a professional or operational environment via internship, co‑op, part-time job, project, or relevant experience.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through work, campus groups, athletics, volunteer roles, or team environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates.
• Run shift huddles and set clear daily priorities for your team.
• Monitor productivity, throughput, quality, accuracy, attendance, and safety.
• Learn to allocate labor based on volume and priorities.
• Use data to understand performance and identify root causes.
• Coach associates with timely feedback and support.
• Partner with Operations leaders and HR, Safety, Quality, and Engineering teams.
• Help onboard and train new associates and identify process improvements.
