Job summary

Victoria's Secret in Fresno, CA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to drive store readiness and execution. You will lead shipment, replenishment, inventory accuracy, cleanliness, safety, and compliance, reporting to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

As a values-based leader, you will coach associates, manage daily workforce actions, maintain merchandising standards, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless store operations.

• Identifies and escalates operational issues
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity; in some locations this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business
• Leading and demonstrating company values
• Executing the role of the Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling
• Coaching & development of associates and leaders
• Executing Daily Work Force Management actions
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution
• Leading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competencies
• Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures
• Additional duties as assigned
