Job summary

Staffmark Group in Ontario, CA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily production and warehouse activities. You will supervise staff, coordinate materials, and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining safety and quality on the floor.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree and prior supervisory experience in manufacturing or logistics, with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Competitive pay and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience leading employees in manufacturing or warehouse settings.
• Knowledge of production processes, safety, quality standards, and productivity expectations.
• Strong communication, organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and production-tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations across production and warehousing.
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure accurate transactions in ERP.
• Manage inventory counts and address material issues with Receiving Inspection.
• Track WIP and report schedule delays to management.
• Collaborate with Buyers/Planners to prevent shortages.
• Support order processing and product demonstrations.
