Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Shift Supervisor for the Off Shift to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring efficiency and productivity while maintaining a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise operations staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and oversee operations activities, such as production, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling.
• Implement and maintain processes to optimize workflow and meet operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations, including OSHA standards.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise in daily operations.

Skills / Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing and/or warehouse management.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts and other materials handling equipment preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems for inventory control and tracking.
• Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage a team effectively.
