Job summary

FutureFit is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Operations to act as the operating backbone of the leadership team in New York. The role blends hands-on execution with business judgment to shape the company’s operating system and cadence.

You will own NDAs, standard agreements, board reporting packs, and cross-functional enablement, while maintaining metrics, risk registers, and a lean decision framework. A generalist with strong numbers and communication skills fits best.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business operations, strategy and operations, strategic finance, or consulting.
• Exposure to contract or legal operations is a strong plus.
• Experience supporting board and investor reporting.
• Familiarity with Carta or cap table management.
• Experience building lightweight systems (decision logs, risk registers, compliance calendars) from scratch.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with numbers and operating metrics.
• High attention to detail across many moving parts.
• Generalist mindset and self-starter attitude.

Responsibilities

• Run the management cadence for the leadership team and execs: agendas, pre-reads, decision log, and follow-through; prepare board/investor decks.
• Maintain company metrics, OKRs, tool inventory, licensing, risk register, and compliance calendar.
• Lead contract operations: first pass on NDAs/agreements, route non-standard items to outside counsel, manage contract repository and obligations tracker; oversee vendor onboarding and corporate records.
• Tackle strategic projects from framing to leadership decision to support the leadership team.
• Be a trusted executor who keeps initiatives moving across Build, Grow, and Manage functions.
