Forus Inc. is seeking a Strategy & Operations generalist in New York to own and drive high-priority initiatives across growth, operations, products, and partnerships.

You will help define strategy, build scalable processes, and enable rapid execution with a bias toward impact and accountability. This in-person role at a fast-growing startup offers broad exposure, autonomy, and opportunities to develop deep functional expertise over time, with a focus on scaling the business and accelerating

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-growing startups or similar environments.
• Able to learn SQL and low-code tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own high-priority initiatives from problem definition through execution across growth, operations, partnerships, product, and other areas.
• Help develop and scale critical functions as the company grows, identifying opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.
• Build and maintain analyses, operating systems, and decision-making frameworks for strategy and resource allocation.
• Partner with engineering, product, and operations to design workflows, launch capabilities, and leverage AI to scale.
• Explore, evaluate, and execute on new opportunities including partnerships, new products, and market expansion.
• Drive cross-functional projects with alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.
