Polymarket in New York is seeking a senior BizOps/Chief of Staff to own planning cycles, metrics, and cross-functional programs at scale. You will sit with executive leadership to turn strategy into execution, write playbooks, and drive high-stakes decisions in a fast-growing marketplace.

You will build operating models across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and finance, create dashboards, and lead OKRs and quarterly reviews.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in BizOps, Strategy & Operations or Chief of Staff at scale.
• Proven ability to design cross-functional operating processes and programs.
• Strong forecasting, unit economics, cohort analysis experience.
• Excellent written communication; capable of concise decision memos.

Responsabilités

• Own annual and quarterly planning cycles, OKRs, and business reviews.
• Build dashboards, scorecards, and reporting infrastructure for leadership.
• Scope and stand up new initiatives from market entry to partnerships.
• Act as connective tissue across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and finance.
• Unblock cross-functional work by diagnosing root causes and prioritization.
• Prepare briefing documents and board materials for high-stakes decisions.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and build playbooks to reduce tribal knowledge.
