Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Business Operations leader to join one of our largest fintech clients to join the Consumer, Marketing, Communications, and Design team. This role acts as a trusted operational partner to CMCD leadership, ensuring continuity across planning, operating cadence, resource management, and performance oversight. This person will focus on execution, decision support, and operational rigor—running established rhythms, managing resources, driving alignment across partners, overall enabling leadership to move quickly and effectively. This is a hands-on role requiring strong judgment, financial acumen, and the ability to operate independently in a complex, matrixed environment. The ideal candidate will lead a team of business operations professionals, each accountable for a distinct set of deliverables supporting CMCD priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own and run the CMCD operating cadence, including leadership meetings, business reviews, planning checkpoints, and All Hands
• Support mid-long term planning, translating leadership priorities into executable plans and milestones
• Oversee Opex and headcount tracking and monitoring, including budget pacing, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Track progress against priorities, KPIs, and commitments; identify gaps and course-correct as needed
• Act as the primary business operations interface with Finance, HR, Marketing, Product, Risk, Enterprise Operations, and other corporate partners
• Support internal communications, including leadership updates, org-wide messaging, and executive presentations
