Job summary

BNY Mellon's 24-month Analyst Program in the Office of the COO provides structured induction, hands-on project work, and mentorship. Participants rotate across practices and platforms to build broad business exposure and practical skills in governance, execution, and enterprise enablement.

New analysts receive enterprise onboarding, meaningful project assignments, and senior mentorship, preparing them for long-term success within BNY Mellon's global organization.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with focus on business or technology
• Graduating Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.)
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives across the COO to drive execution against priorities
• Collaborate with leadership to prepare briefings, meeting materials, and updates for senior discussions
• Conduct research and analysis on operational processes, performance metrics, business priorities, and engagement activity
• Track action items, risks, milestones, deliverables, and post-meeting follow-up across ongoing projects
• Monitor and distill insights from COO Office activity and related workflows
• Coordinate events, communications, and organizational activities that enable smooth execution
• Document business procedures, workflows, and governance materials to promote consistency and transparency
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through process enhancements and AI adoption
