Job summary

BNY Mellon is seeking participants for the 2027 Analyst Program in the Office of the CFO - Delivery. The 24-month rotational program exposes you to enterprise transformation, PI planning, and delivery governance, helping you translate strategic priorities into actionable delivery plans.

You will rotate across teams, map processes, manage dependencies, and use AI-enabled tools to generate insights and improve decision making.

Qualifications

Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree with a business- and/or technology-focused major.
Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.).
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future).

Responsibilities

Map delivery journeys and value streams, identify handoffs and dependencies.
Support PI and delivery planning; align work to OKRs; track milestones, capacity, risks, and issues.
Use AI-enabled tools to summarize delivery information and generate insights.
Coordinate across teams to manage intake, priorities, and dependencies.
Create clear updates and delivery-health insights for leadership.
Contribute to playbooks, standards, and improvement efforts across BNY.
