Qualifications

• 1 year Retail Management experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support store goals including guest service and sales objectives.
• Manage scheduling, back-of-house, shipping, and merchandising prep.
• Develop and coach associates; drive loss prevention and financial performance.
• Ensure adherence to loss prevention and safety standards.
