Job summary

Altar’d State is seeking an Assistant Store Leader of Operations to join our Richmond, VA team. You will support the Store Leader in directing daily store operations, driving guest engagement, managing expenses, and upholding brand presentation.

Your role includes coaching associates, ensuring loss prevention, and delivering best-in-class service. You will lead by example in achieving financial results, while fostering a guest-focused environment and promoting teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail management experience required or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to achieve sales goals and guest service standards.
• Direct activities to maintain loss prevention, merchandising, and inventory accuracy.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
