Job summary

The Brand House Collective is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager in Richmond, VA to support store operations and merchandising. You will coach the team to drive sales, manage customer experience, and execute promotions while maintaining brand standards.

You may be prepared to assume Store Manager duties within 12 months if a position becomes available, and you will collaborate with the Store Manager to meet targets and ensure excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or college preferred.
• Ability to relocate for a Store Manager position.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Leads, supports and values Customer Service in both in-store and online shopping.
• Greets every customer with enthusiasm and maintains a positive attitude.
• Educates customers on promotions and merchandise to support buying decisions.
• Makes suggestions to build the customer’s basket.
• Supports a caring, fun, and engaging work environment for the team.
• Drives profitable sales and protects company assets.
• Monitors store performance targets and analyzes trends.
• Assists with staffing and recruiting to ensure adequate coverage.
• Builds high-performing teams and maintains productive relationships.
• Communicates store strategies and initiatives clearly to staff.
• Executes changes in initiatives to drive results.
• Occasional travel to other store locations as needed.
