Responsibilities

• Co-manage floor sets and merchandising presentation with District Leader.
• Oversee scheduling, back-of-house organization and product preparation processes.
• Ensure loss prevention practices and banking procedures are followed.
• Train and develop associates, provide feedback and recognize performance.
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership and drive store initiatives.
