Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily field operations and monitor performance.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify root causes and drive improvements.
• Own end-to-end processes like invoicing and asset tracking.
• Audit performance against SLAs and identify risks/inefficiencies.
• Maintain relationships with city partners and address market-specific issues.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
