Job summary

Lyft is seeking an Operations Specialist for Capital Bikeshare to support the GM and develop operational plans focused on service quality and customer experience. You will tackle hands-on issues and lead larger projects to improve the bikeshare system.

The role emphasizes field operations, data-driven problem solving, and collaboration with city partners. It’s a hybrid in-office role with 3 days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience overseeing operations in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience using Google Sheets and other data analysis tools to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to understand larger context.

Responsibilities

• Create/refine playbooks and SOPs for daily field operations.
• Own end-to-end processes like invoicing and asset tracking.
• Audit performance against SLAs and identify risks/inefficiencies.
• Support relationships with city partners and address market-specific issues.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify root causes and drive improvements.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
• Manage shifting priorities with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
