Urban Solutions is seeking an Operations Specialist to support the General Manager of Capital Bikeshare, developing and executing operational plans with a focus on service quality and the customer experience. You will manage end-to-end processes, analyze data, and collaborate with city partners and vendors while tackling hands-on problems and larger strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience overseeing operations in a fast‑moving environment.
• Experience using data tools to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to understand bigger context.
• Proven data‑based problem‑solving experience.

Responsibilities

• Create/refine playbooks and SOPs for daily field operations.
• Own end‑to‑end processes like invoicing and asset tracking.
• Audit performance against SLAs and identify risks.
• Support relationships with city partners and address operational issues.
• Conduct root-cause analyses using field data to drive improvements.
• Communicate with stakeholders, clients, and vendors clearly.
• Adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining a solution‑oriented mindset.
