Lyft Urban Solutions seeks an Operations Specialist to assist the General Manager of Bluebikes in Boston. You will develop and execute operational plans focused on service quality, excellence, and customer experience, while tackling hands-on problems and larger system-level projects.

You will analyze field operations to root out issues, refine playbooks, and support governance across SLAs, vendor relationships, and city partnerships. Strong data skills and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience using Google Sheets and other data analysis tools to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proven data-based problem-solving能力 with the ability to think on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily field operations: monitor performance, create/refine playbooks and SOPs, support workforce planning, oversee contractor relationship management, and perform occasional quality checks in field and depot.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify root causes and drive performance improvements using data and field insights.
• Own end-to-end processes like invoicing and asset tracking to support business success.
• Audit performance against SLAs, identify risks and inefficiencies, and escalate as needed.
• Support relationships with city partners and address market-specific operational issues or projects.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, clients, and vendors and handle challenging conversations.
• Manage shifting priorities and maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
