Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers and guiding them through paperwork.
• Process and audit paperwork for retail and wholesale sales, including contracts and DMVs.
• Manage auction and appraisal transactions with accurate titles and funding documents.
• Handle cash management tasks including deposits and security protocols.
• Train and mentor new associates and support multiple departments during busy periods.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and reconciliation of missing information.
• Follow EH&S requirements and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
