Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review, research, and support processing of pricing exception requests submitted by branch teams
• Validate information provided by branches to ensure requests meet established pricing guidelines and eligibility requirements
• Collaborate with branch teams and stakeholders to obtain additional information, clarify requirements, and facilitate timely resolution of pricing-related requests
• Support pricing-related projects, enhancements, process improvement initiatives, and operational workflows
• Document actions, decisions, and supporting information consistent with established controls, policies, and procedures
• Analyze data and business requirements to support pricing initiatives and operational decision-making
• Respond to inquiries regarding pricing-related processes, requirements, and request statuses
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability of pricing-related workflows and processes
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and working sessions to support successful execution of pricing initiatives
• Maintain a high degree of accuracy due to the financial impact pricing decisions may have on clients and the firm

• Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and collaborative working style

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• FINRA licenses such as SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and/or Series 66
• Financial services industry experience
• Experience supporting operations, compliance, legal, or service organizations with complex review and approval processes
• Knowledge of pricing programs, client fee structures, or financial account administration
• Experience leveraging Copilot or similar productivity tools to enhance communications and workflow efficiency

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
