Job summary

Turnberry Solutions in the United States is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Analyst to join its Business Transformation practice. You will document and map business processes, support Windows PCs/Servers, and coordinate with clients to define future state IT solutions.

The role requires 7+ years hands-on IT infrastructure experience, Azure/Intune, and printer/networking skills; a high school diploma suffices. The team offers comprehensive benefits and flexible work arrangements.

Job description

Duration: 12+ months

Location: NE- Valley

Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As an IT Infrastructure Support Analyst, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Document and map business process and requirements for the future state of the IT solution
• Identify and understand the end user's need
• Facilitate the business process redesign and documentation as needed
• Work with client to analyze and define the business process that needs an IT solution
• Identify and document high-level requirements, map future state of the solution, and ensure the system/solution meets business and user requirements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 7+ years of IT Infrastructure hands on, in person experience supporting Windows PCs, Windows Server OS, HP and Zebra printers, and basic networking
• Azure and Intune experience
• Windows PC and Windows Server support
• Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, NAC)
• HP/Zebra manufacturing printer support
• Work with moderate work direction and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing plant IT support experience
• Microsoft 365/Office 365 and Microsoft Teams support
• ITSM (IT Service Management) experience
• MOC (Management of Change) experience
• Experience managing IT dashboards and ticket queues
• Site vulnerability management experience
• FDA and GMP regulated environment experience
• Business process analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering experience

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $160,000 or the hourly equivalent. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
