Job summary

Turnberry Solutions is seeking a Site IT Infrastructure Technician for the NY-Tonawanda location. You will manage desktops, laptops, NetPCs, servers, printers, VoIP phones, and network troubleshooting, while ensuring uptime and security across the site.

Responsibilities include configuring, deploying, installing, migrating, patching, replacing, and triaging site infrastructure; attending required trainings and maintaining ITSM tickets within SLA; documenting dashboards for PCs, tickets, telecom

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher
• 2+ years of IT experience supporting PCs, servers, printers and network infrastructure
• Wintel/Linux NetPCs, Standard and Process PCs
• Microsoft Windows Server OS
• HP and Manufacturing Printers (HP, Zebra, etc.)
• Ethernet, Wireless, LAN/WAN, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, VoIP Phones and VPN
• Provide Standard and Local Software Support — MS Office 365, Microsoft Teams, etc.
• Accept and Update/Close ITSM tickets in a timely manner per Service Level Agreement
• Maintain Dashboard Expectations for PCs, ITSM tickets, Telecom and System Vulnerabilities
• Attend and comply with All Plant, Corporate IT and safety required training or activities
• Must be self-motivated and willing to work with minimal work direction by applying skills

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
