Job summary

Turnberry Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive business transformation across client engagements in Audubon, PA. You will coach junior analysts, elicit and document requirements, and maintain Agile backlogs while coordinating with stakeholders and vendors to ensure solid deliverables.

The role emphasizes leadership, process design, and strong communication, with hybrid work requiring 3–4 onsite days. A background in MS tools and IIBA is valued.

Overview

Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• The Senior Business Analyst will play a key leadership role in developing the capabilities of junior analysts through coaching, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and best practice guidance.
• The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a passion for developing talent and building high-performing teams.
• Requirements elicitation, documenting requirements, supporting changes by creating change tickets and making sure the necessary release individuals complete the changes, and creating process flow and written documentation.
• The role will include working with the team, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure that the business analysis documentation is correct, complete and detailed.
• Ability to create, coordinate, and maintain a project backlog in Agile methodology.
• Develop a deep understanding of the business functions and processes
• Document, review and update business process requirements based on client’s feedback
• Ensure appropriate levels of controls are applied to work efforts, including security requirements, effective business solutions
• Serve as a business liaison between client and project teams
• Establish, monitor and maintain high client satisfaction levels
• Document and track problems in client business systems or processes to provide recommendations for future efficiencies
• Analyze, review, and document current structure and use cases of the application or process; Analyze and document current application dependencies
• Serve as a business liaison between clients and project teams to help understand user interaction
• Assist project manager in better understanding information gathered about user experience
• Assist business clients in developing requirements for future use cases
• Assist team in getting the current deliverable in a timely manner; Jump in and assist where needed to accomplish tasks
• Manage change requests to completion
• Track required tasks through completion
• Ability to develop/update existing materials and support the team in understanding of requirements or training materials as needed
• Develop process flows as needed
• Strong communication skills in working with a team and providing in time updates to project manager.

• Experience in developing business analysis deliverables like requirements document, As-Is and To-Be process diagrams, use cases, traceability matrix, data dictionary, business rules, meeting notes, etc.
• Someone who has worked on cross-functional teams, on projects in a matrixed environment
• Experience working with business and technical staffs to define, document, and track software requirements and design; Can manage difficult stakeholders
• Most recent roles should show increasing responsibility as BA in agile and waterfall environment; Familiarity with Agile methodology Skilled at analyzing data and processes
• Skilled at documentation best practices such as using revision history/version control/requirement unique identifier
• Ability to leverage Microsoft 365 tools to improve team productivity, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willing to learn new things and share knowledge to others; Proactive; Resourceful
• B.S. degree in computer science, management information systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Experience working on a third party implementation

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

• Analytical abilities to compile, structure, examine and present substantial data sets with precision
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence
• IIBA certification
• Proficient in collaboration and project coordination using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $160,000 or the hourly equivalent.
