Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. is seeking a motivated Shift Lead for a DashMart local fulfillment center in Nashville. You will oversee shifts, manage order fulfillment, maintain inventory, and, in some sites, assist with light food prep. You will lead a team to ensure safety, quality, and timely deliveries.

We expect strong organization, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and availability for a range of shifts. Training for food handling will be provided, with opportunities for growth and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college diploma preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jack/hand truck.
• Able to obtain food handling certificate (DoorDash training provided).
• 18+ years old with flexible shifts.
• Organized and proficient with Google Docs and Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts and oversee warehouse and kitchen processes.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and communicate with customers as needed.
• Lead Operations Associates to work safely and productively.
• Support warehouse and kitchen tasks and maintain inventory.
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
