Job summary

ICR Services is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee Customer Service, Purchasing, Outsourcing, Shipping/Receiving, and Repair Operations production. You will drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction through effective processes, tools, and service excellence.

The role requires at least 5 years of administrative operations experience, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of administrative operations experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Tenacious mentality and approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall flow of Customer Service, Purchasing, Outsource, and Shipping/Receiving.
• Monitor production of Repair Operations (metrics, rush orders, warranty review, etc.).
• Be a visionary in a constant pursuit toward improvement and cost reduction opportunities.
• Identify tools needed to provide quality service and satisfy customers.
• Identify and resolve operational and customer issues/concerns.
• Promote a culture of safety, engagement, and solutions-focused work.
• Work on special projects – as assigned.
