Job summary

ICU Medical is seeking a Senior Director, Global Operations Improvement to lead the OpEx and Operations Systems teams. You will drive priority improvements across Operations with measurable, sustained results, partnering with plants and functions to root cause problems and implement practical solutions.

You will expand existing OpEx capabilities, align resources to high-impact areas, and ensure standardized, documented improvements across sites.

Qualifications

• Strong operations background with a track record of driving meaningful improvements.
• Experience leading complex improvement across multiple plants, functions, or regions.
• Proficient in structured problem solving and improvement methods like Lean and Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities based on company priorities and performance gaps.
• Lead OpEx and Operations Systems, ensuring measurable improvements and a dotted-line with plant leadership.
• Drive system enhancements and technology to simplify processes and improve performance.
• Share and scale improvements across plants and functions.
