Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, upscale retail, or premium service operations is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location—staffing, workflow, floor presence, output quality
• Drive sales performance across the location with defined revenue targets and KPIs
• Set performance standards and coach the team to maintain accountability
• Ensure professional member interactions and identify, convert sales opportunities
• Track location KPIs and use data to make operational and commercial decisions
• Address underperformance directly with clear follow-through
