Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit and screen operator candidates for training.
• Oversee operator training programs and annual refreshers.
• Coordinate recruiting and community outreach for staffing.
• Manage safety training and vehicle operation instruction.
• Oversee Drug and Alcohol Testing program and compliance.
• Monitor dispatcher performance and payroll data.
