MV Transportation seeks a Safety and Training Manager to implement compliance programs and oversee safety training at the division level. This role involves managing training requirements, ensuring safety protocols are up-to-date, and leading audits in alignment with state and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in transit safety management and a college degree or equivalent safety experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this position.

Competenze

• Minimum of three years of experience in transit/transportation safety.
• Experience in supervising employee performance.
• Knowledge of safety regulations - FTA, FMCSA, and DOT.

Mansioni

• Ensure all operators are current with training requirements.
• Manage safety manuals, programs, policies, and practices.
• Oversee completion of related audits by corporate and regulatory agencies.
