Job summary

Canteen, a Compass Group company, is seeking a Route Driver/Account Support to visit client sites, support grand openings, and help grow account profitability through attentive service.

You will ensure compliance with standards, develop incremental sales plans, manage pricing opportunities, and foster strong customer experiences at the point of sale. Travel to client sites is required, and a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; two year college acceptable.
• 3 years driving experience required.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for site visits and client retention.
• Assist branches with grand openings.
• Ensure compliance with local and national account standards; review corporate compliance reporting.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve performance and profitability (Owners Business Plan).
• Coordinate efforts to improve customer retention and the client experience at the point of sale.
• Drive merchandising standards and introduce new products to increase revenue.
• Perform route driving duties as needed, delivering products and maintaining vending equipment.
