• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in operations and HR.
• Spanish Speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day office operations and administrative processes.
• Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and internal logistics.
• Post job openings and help manage candidate pipelines.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation.
