Job summary

CHAOS Industries is seeking a Recruiting Operations Manager to own recruiting infrastructure and logistics. You will lead a team of Recruiting Coordinators, drive process improvements, and ensure scalable candidate journeys.

Hybrid work with a strong emphasis on on-site collaboration in El Segundo, CA. You will collaborate across Recruiting, HR, and business stakeholders to optimize workflows, toolsets, and reporting, while building interview programs and scorecards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations or HR operations.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Deep familiarity with Greenhouse (ATS) and recruiting tech stacks; hands-on system administration.
• Excellent process orientation and ability to design and implement end-to-end solutions.
• Experience designing interview frameworks, scorecards, or structured hiring programs.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop a team of Recruiting Coordinators and oversee recruiting logistics.
• Own and improve coordination workflows from scheduling to onboarding handoffs.
• Maintain, administer, and optimize recruiting systems and tools; ensure data integrity.
• Lead interview training design and scorecard frameworks with HR teams.
• Develop recruiting communications and candidate-facing messaging; standardize tools and templates.
• Evaluate, implement, and manage new recruiting tools to improve efficiency.
• Identify process gaps with stakeholders and drive cross-functional improvements.
• Develop and track operational metrics to measure team performance and inform improvements.
• Work onsite minimum 3 days/week at our El Segundo, CA office.
