Job summary

You will own full-cycle recruiting for entry-level and high-volume needs nationwide, source candidates, conduct phone interviews, and guide candidates through background checks while collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing goals.

Qualifications

• You should have at least 3 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience using recruiting applications and creative methods to source qualified candidates. We use Greenhouse ATS.
• Experience working with hiring managers and adapting sourcing strategies to match the needs of the team.
• Ability to operate with a sense of urgency without sacrificing accuracy.
• Able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable with change and can easily adapt.
• You will thrive on diverse perspectives and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through various methods such as social media, Indeed, Carvana website.
• Conducting in-depth phone interviews via phone.
• Provide resumes and screening notes for hiring manager interviews.
• Manage the background check process with candidates and colleagues to ensure a successful hire.
• Work with key stakeholders to align expectations with business needs across Operations teams.
• Focus on a high conversion rate from interview to offer.
• Contribute to building a stronger company through daily actions.
• Other duties as assigned.
