Job summary

Carvana in Carmel, IN is seeking an on-site Operations Recruiter to support our busy staff across Customer Care, Logistics, and more. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple sites nationwide, sourcing talent, screening by phone, delivering resumes and notes for interviews, and guiding hiring decisions with business insights.

The role requires 3+ years of high-volume recruiting, experience with Greenhouse and Tenstreet ATS, and a track record of partnering with hiring

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full cycle and high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience using recruiting applications and creative methods to source qualified candidates (Greenhouse and Tenstreet ATS).
• Experience working with hiring managers and adapting sourcing strategies to meet team needs.
• Ability to operate with urgency while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree required.

Responsibilities

• Independently source candidates through various methods such as social media, Indeed, Carvana website.
• Conduct in-depth screenings and interviews via phone.
• Provide resumes and screening notes for hiring manager interviews.
• Conduct talent/skills, role-fit, and culture-fit assessments and advise the business accordingly.
• Manage candidate expectations regarding the background check process and ensure successful hires.
• Develop hiring leader relationships and understand Operations team needs to advise on hiring strategies.
• Focus on a high conversion rate from interview to offer.
• Other duties as assigned.
