Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in recruiting/HR/ops leadership; experience creating recruiting strategies and process improvements; strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day full life-cycle recruiting for hourly and leadership roles in local markets.
• Plan and execute high-volume recruiting strategies and initiatives.
• Lead recruiters to meet staffing goals through coaching, development and performance management.
• Review data and identify trends to improve recruiting effectiveness and quality of hires.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to anticipate and meet evolving hiring needs.
