Carvana in Tempe, AZ is seeking a motivated Recruiting Coordinator to support the Ops Talent Acquisition team in high-volume hiring for our core operations roles. This on-site role collaborates with hiring managers to move candidates efficiently through the process and maintain a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 1+ years of administrative experience OR a degree in Human Resources.
• Great interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Ability to operate with urgency in a fast-paced/high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume, frequent candidate contact for entry-level positions within one or more of Carvana’s Operations teams.
• Interact with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Knowledgeably speak to the requirements and responsibilities of open/assigned roles, as well as the culture of the team/department and Carvana.
• Verify candidates’ possession of basic/required skills for applicable roles.
• Ensure pre-hire processes (background check, DOT/MVR) are initiated and facilitated.
• Manage and maintain a positive candidate experience through the new hire’s start date.
• Meet or exceed hiring metrics/KPIs designated for the Coordinator role.
