Carvana in Carmel, IN is seeking an on-site Operations Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for multiple operations teams nationwide. You will source, screen, and interview candidates, provide resumes and notes for hiring managers, and advise on culture-fit and role fit.

The role requires 3+ years of high-volume recruiting, experience with Greenhouse and Tenstreet, and a BA/AS degree. This is a full-time, on-site position with a strong emphasis on candidate experience and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full cycle and high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience using recruiting applications and sourcing qualified candidates; familiarity with Greenhouse and Tenstreet.
• Experience working with hiring managers and adapting sourcing strategies to team needs.
• Ability to operate with urgency while maintaining accuracy; fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Independently source candidates via social media, Indeed, and company site.
• Conduct in-depth screenings and interviews by phone.
• Provide resumes and screening notes for hiring manager interviews.
• Conduct talent/skills, role-fit, and culture-fit assessments and advise the business.
• Manage candidate expectations through background check process with stakeholders.
• Develop hiring leader relationships and understand Operations team needs to advise on strategy.
• Focus on high interview-to-offer conversion.
• Other duties as assigned.
