Citi seeks an intermediate-level Recruiter to oversee the recruitment process in alignment with Human Resources. This role supports various recruitment initiatives and includes managing talent acquisition, assessing risks, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Ideal candidates should have 2-5 years experience and a Bachelor's degree alongside a solid understanding of industry standards.
