About The Role

As a Recruiter at New Western, you will play a vital role in our high-performing, high-volume talent acquisition team. You will partner with hiring managers across multiple geographic markets to recruit real estate sales and acquisitions professionals—ranging from licensed real estate agents to high-performing sales professionals transitioning into the industry. Our agents average 30+ transactions monthly, supported by a resilient business model and unique commission structure. This role is remote-first and available to candidates located in Eastern or Central Time Zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit licensed real estate agents and sales professionals through proactive outreach, including phone, video conferencing, email, and social media.
  • Manage a consistent pipeline of candidates by responding to inbound interest and working leads from our internal sourcing team.
  • Conduct effective phone screens to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and assess alignment with New Western’s roles.
  • Guide candidates through the hiring process, including assessments, interviews, and final offer stages.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and manage requisitions using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as Lever.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and identify ways to exceed expectations.
  • Coordinate interview logistics and follow-up communications.
  • Use social media groups and messaging to engage passive talent.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices in interviewing and selection.
  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process to meet hiring targets and business goals.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of high-volume recruiting experience in an agency environment, or 3 years of inside sales experience.
  • Preferred experience recruiting licensed real estate agents or individuals with a strong sales background.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms (such as Lever), and major job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Meet).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented with a proactive mindset.
  • Confidence in handling pressure and navigating challenges with urgency and resilience.
