Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Physician Recruiter to join our team as an Independent Contractor (1099). In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing physicians and advanced practice providers across a variety of specialties and healthcare settings nationwide.

As a key partner in our recruitment strategy, you will utilize your knowledge of the healthcare industry, networking capabilities, and recruiting expertise to attract top-tier talent and ensure successful placements with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified physician candidates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive physician talent through networking, job boards, social media, cold calling, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings, assessing qualifications, licensing, availability, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-up communications with candidates.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process including contract negotiation, credentialing, and onboarding support.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records using applicant tracking systems or CRM platforms.
• Collaborate closely with internal team members to understand staffing needs, timelines, and position requirements.
• Stay informed of current market trends, industry news, and physician compensation benchmarks.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in physician recruitment, healthcare recruiting, or staffing within the medical industry.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently without direct supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with candidates.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and remote communication tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
• Comfortable working in a commission-based compensation model.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and demands in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor.
• Reliable internet access and remote work setup.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate physician availability across time zones.
