Job summary

The Operations Project Manager is responsible for supporting sales, operations, and production teams as assigned by the Region President. This role focuses on optimizing business systems, improving process efficiency, and ensuring accurate and timely job costing across the organization.

The Project Manager will serve as a subject matter expert on system workflows, provide training, and lead key technology and process-improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Ability to review contracts, scopes of work, and schedules.
• Familiarity with change orders, SOV, and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Support sales, operations, and production teams as assigned by the Region President.
• Optimize business systems and improve process efficiency.
• Ensure accurate and timely job costing and act as SME on workflows.
• Provide training and lead technology and process-improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate on-site activities with GC personnel and project teams.
• Review bids, labor rates, and prepare labor offers for subcontractors.
• Manage monthly billing, forecasting, and SOV updates.
• Handle change orders and track revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
