Job summary

Interior Logic Group, Inc. in Meridian, Idaho seeks an Operations Project Manager to support sales, operations, and production.

You will optimize business systems, improve process efficiency, and ensure accurate job costing while leading technology and process-improvement initiatives. The role requires coordination with project teams, site personnel, and clients to ensure project success and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Contract Review - review scope of work and dollar values in conjunction with Account Executive (AE). Check the Scope of Work (SOW) against the bid. Ensure all items align with installation processes and billing procedures.
• Bid/ Take-Off Review - review bid/take-off with AE to ensure dollar values match the contract; split areas for SAP structure if needed.
• Plans/ Diagrams Review - review contracted plans/diagrams with AE; ensure diagrams match contract; review drawings for accuracy and constructability; monitor RFIs/ASIs/addendums and revisions.
• Prepare Labor Offer for Subcontractor - review labor rates from bid; prepare Excel labor rate offers; coordinate with AE and Operations Manager; finalize in SAP.
• On-site Coordination with GC personnel - schedule and manage project timeline; coordinate procurement/delivery; attend weekly job-site meetings (virtual or in-person).
• Change Orders/ RFIs - create change orders; involve AE for pricing; send to builder; track in project folder and approvals.
• Production Set Up - set up project info and submittal logs; create internal SOV; produce cut-sheets/diagrams; SAP setup; forecast monthly numbers with team; manage monthly GC billing.
• Service Account / Relationship Building - problem solving with customers; be responsive and proactive in communication.
